Sipas ministris\u00eb, \u00e7do shkelje e k\u00ebtij vendimi do t\u00eb trajtohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve maksimale, qytetar\u00ebt vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ankohen p\u00ebr koston e lart\u00eb t\u00eb derivateve.
